This masterclass class is coming to you from Jeannie, the founder of New Nurse Support. Jeannie is a pediatric nurse manager of 7 years, nurse for 12. She's hired on new and experienced RNs, as well as actively hires for her children's hospital's new graduate residency program. She is well-versed in what makes a strong pediatric RN candidate.
You'll walk away from this masterclass with:
- Greater clarity around what it's like to be a pediatric nurse
- Knowledge on how to tailor your résumé for a peds role
- A rough draft of a cover letter customized for a pediatric RN position (huge value here! My customized cover letter writing is $125)
- What steps you need to take to become a stronger candidate
FAQ:
What peds positions will this prepare me for? What about NICU, or outpatient, or homecare? Jeannie is an inpatient manager of a progressive specialty pediatric unit. She works closely with, and is familiar with the unit operations and care provided, in the NICU, PICU, ED, and medical-surgical units. Jeannie helps nurses obtain jobs in every area of nursing but is most knowledgeable about inpatient nursing care.
I'm already an RN, is this class still something that would help me? Some of the content is geared towards nursing students and new grads, but RNs in current adult roles will be addressed as well and how they can become a peds RN.
